In 2004, I left my job and started my own business. Like many others, I didn't intend to start a business as much as I wanted to make money helping people doing what I loved.

I naively assumed that if I offered amazing customer service, had an awesome product, and hired great people that everything would work out nicely. Part of that was true!

What I found was that in the beginning, that worked well... then we hired our first, second, third, fourth, fifth employees and things started to change. It felt like I had less freedom than ever.

The 'business' I had started was making demands on me. I was no longer running it, it was telling me what I was going to do. The demands of payroll, taxes, product development, sales, operations, customer service, not to mention being a dad to 3 small children and a husband to my lovely wife Amy all started to catch up to me.

I decided that I had to figure out how to be a CEO instead of just a business owner. We needed an Operating System.

Once I implemented a capable ScaleABLE Operating System it helped me optimize my 7 figure business so that it could run without me. I was happier. My employees were happier. My family was happier. Not only that, it was worth A LOT MORE MONEY and I got my sanity back in the process! I was able to be the CEO and leader I wanted to be.

In 2023, I sold that business and walked away knowing that it would continue to serve customers because it had an effective Operating System.

I started Aldrich Consulting because, if you are reading this, you are likely suffering from the same challenges, feelings of despair, and a general feelings of frustration from being stuck and having your business order you around. I've been there, trust me, I get it!
