This workflow walks you through how to calculate the break-even on a sample project. Using this analysis, you can help make decisions about whether or not an investment of resources is a good idea. When you compare multiple projects you can see which one pays back the associated costs most quickly and you can then easily compare projects to see what makes sense to Do, Delay, or Discard.
